the decor was cute, but unfortunately, the bathroom didn’t even have hand soap! I mean, how hard is it to provide basic essentials? Also, I could have defintely used a room upgrade, especially considering my experience. I almost considered leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t after being treated like a regular guest. What a shame!
